Sharing your yoga practice with someone else is a wonderful way to explore the diversity of movement, the ways that we balance and support each other, and it can take us to deeper levels of trust and connection. Come join us as we celebrate the connections we share, the playfulness and depth of the heart chakra, the ways that we can help each other fly and also ground. There will be two opportunities for Partner Yoga…feel free to come to one or both of these sessions, depending on what you and your partner want to explore! If you are staying for both there will be a few light snacks served as we shift gears . In Session One you do not need to participate with a significant other...feel free to bring a friend or fellow lover of yoga!
Session One: Lighten Up!
Share your mat and let’s move together in fun, inspiring, and uplifting ways. Learn how to support and move in balance, union, and playfulness and explore some acro-yoga basics. This is a lighthearted and joyful heart-opening class appropriate for all levels! You do not need to participate with a significant other...feel free to bring a friend or fellow lover of yoga!
Session Two: Going Deeper…Explore the meanings of trust, intimacy, and giving and receiving in relationships. Free yourself up to move towards a deeper and more soulful connection with your significant other. In this healing practice we will be focusing more on the intimate connection of couples through gentle and mindful heart opening practices, meditation, and Thai Yoga Massage basics.
