Relax, unwind and re-visit your pure radiance of which you were born with. During this workshop, we will use the ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga to calm unwanted thought patterns by building a more meditative and neutral mind. As a result, you will gain a sense of well-being, stability, harmony, emotional security, clarity and mental awareness. Above all, you will develop a deeper connection to your true self.

The mind exists as a servant to the soul. We are not our thoughts. We are not our mind. We are just, simply, the observer, as our soul takes us through this experience in our human life.

Join Shakti Ajeet Kaur (Shawna Ferguson) as she takes you through an experience of pure, soothing bliss that your soul has been craving! She will use a blend of Kriya exercises, chakra healing, breath work, mantra, aura healing, and philosophy in this workshop.

Beginners are welcome and encouraged!

If you cannot attend a workshop you signed up for, please cancel 24 hours in advance of the workshop to receive account credit at Mookshi, refunds will only made in the case of personal emergency. Cancellations within a 24 hour period cannot be refunded or credited.
