This teen-friendly class will introduce and build on basic yoga concepts in a fun, relaxing environment through individual and group explorations.
This class gives each individual an opportunity to learn ways to navigate their own body and mind, through breath, movement and postures, mindfulness practice, and learning how to kick back and relax. Each child will be able to explore ways to tap into themselves for calming when feeling stressed or needing focus or release before big tests or other events or challenges, with self awareness and joy.

$88 per teen/full series, pre-registration required
