How long does my order take to ship?

Mookshi beauty is a one woman operation producing in a small-batch workspace, which ensures the quality and freshness of these botanical products. Orders may require extended processing time of up to 5 business days. Your patience and support is appreciated while I work diligently to bring you the most pure and vibrant products.


Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently I am unable to process and ship orders outside of the United States.


Shipping and Handling 

FREE GROUND SHIPPING is offered on all orders over $100, not including sales tax. Free shipping offers are not valid on Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico orders.

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING takes approximately 5–7 business days.*

OVERNIGHT AND SECOND DAY SHIPPING is available for an additional charge. These are considered Priority Orders and must be placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.*

* Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

 


What is your return policy? 

If your product isn’t just right, you can return any items purchased on mookshi.com for a full refund if within 14 days of original purchase and have used less than 1/3 of the product. There is no refund for shipping costs, no exchanges, and I cannot accept any used or unused skincare products after 14 days. For returns, please send an email with your order number, items you are returning, and reason for return to: wellness@mookshi.com . You are welcome to use any mail provider of your choice. Your account will be refunded once I have received your return shipment.

For Damaged or Missing Products

If your product is missing or arrives damaged, please contact wellness@mookshi.com  immediately. For damaged products, Do NOT discard the box nor any contents for possible USPS inspection. Failure to keep all contents of the package may invalidate a refund or replacement. If an item is missing, immediately email wellness@mookshi.com to notify me.


What if I have a lost or missing package?

If your package shows a USPS delivery confirmation but you are unable to locate it, please reach out immediately to: wellness@mookshi.com and we will be able to assist you. Any order reported lost or missing 15 days after delivery receipt will not be eligible for a replacement, refund or resolution.


What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Do you charge sales tax?

Mookshi is required by law to collect sales tax on orders.
